This is not your regular brewing, it's homestead brewing, the best kind of fermentation fun. We are newlyweds just getting into the beer brewing craft. If all goes well you will be trying one of our beers for a premium price here in Alaska :-)
Check out our experience so far. We just started batch #2 yesterday and with luck it will be at least 5 times as good as our first attempt. Word of advice: don't forget ingredients when you brew! ha ha!
